The California Winter League will be starting its sixth season on Thursday, January 22. All 10 teams will be playing that day, with three games at Palm Springs Stadium starting at 9:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:30 PM.

The California Winter League is a professional showcase league that features 200+ of the top free agent baseball players from around the world. Several managers, scouts, and instructors from professional baseball leagues (MLB, Frontier League, American Association, etc.) will instruct and manage the league, and they all possess the ability to sign these players to their professional organizations.

In 2015, the CWL entered a 2-year agreement with the Frontier League, which means that the Frontier League will reserve a minimum of 31 spring training roster spots specifically for players participating in the California Winter League.

Games are played at Palm Springs Stadium, daily from January 22 – February 15. One ticket of admission gains access to all games on a given day. Various promotions and and daily deals are available. We offer full concessions at the stadium (hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, sodas, beer, wine).

There will also be two workout days on Tuesday, January 20 and Wednesday January 21 that will be open to the public and free to attend.
