There are two partner hotels for 2027; The Hilton Palm Canyon Resort featuring two bedrooms (four beds total), two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and living room in each unit OR the Best Western Inn at Palm Springs featuring two beds per room, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a hot breakfast each day. Players are encouraged to find their own housing as spots at both locations are extremely limited for 2027!

By checking this box, the submitting player and/or third party paying for the player agrees that no refunds will be issued for any reason other than the outright cancellation of the California Winter League (CWL). This registration and process of payment guarantees one roster spot within the 2027 CWL, which has limited space. The CWL will not grant refunds of any kind, regardless of the player's feelings of their own performance, the third party instructors' evaluations, or the player's personal opinion of the CWL. I understand that force majeure and/or local and/or state restrictions, regulations, or laws may force a change of venue for the CWL and a change of venue does not constitute a refund. I understand that force majeure and/or local and/or state restrictions, regulations, or laws may force a change of dates for the CWL and a change of dates does not constitute a refund. Should the CWL be canceled outright, cancellation would constitute a refund. Services are considered rendered in full upon the submitting player completing check in at the California Winter League designated check in site on the designated check in/arrival date. This payment is specifically for the opportunity to participate in the 2027 CWL and does not guarantee the player a contract with another league at the completion of the 2027 CWL season.
